Your Employee Assistance Program, through Workplace Options (WPO), is your and your dependents’ go-to support line whenever you’re facing a life situation and are unsure about how to proceed. No matter what you’re facing, your WPO EAP offers you confidential 24/7 support. All employees and their dependents are eligible for this no-cost benefit.

Get help balancing the competing demands of work and family life. Meet with an expert consultant who can help you find resources to manage life’s ups and downs. WPO work-life experts can research local services that are matched to your unique needs and provide you with a comprehensive list of potential matches with confirmed vacancies and availability.

Work-life services can support you with research and consultation on the following:

• Childcare, including daycare centers, sick child care, nanny agencies, lactation support, summer camps, tutors, school options,
  and more

• Eldercare, including assisted living facilities, adult care, caregiver support, retirement communities, hospice, and more

• Financial and legal support, including budgeting, home buying, managing credit, saving for a life event, and referrals to attorneys (available services may vary by country)

• Education support, including preschool, public and private schools, tutors, college, technical schools, continuing education, adult education, and more

• Convenience services, including pet sitters, moving support, travel information, cleaners, plumbers, and more (available services may vary by country)

Additionally, your counselor may refer you to long-term support resources including 1:1 coaching and therapy, group circles, and digital courses and programs. Your WPO EAP includes 10 in-person sessions and 10 one-on-one video sessions per year.
