Eligibility

Eligible teammates and dependents can elect coverage anytime during the year. If you would like to enroll in the Nationwide Pet Insurance Plan outside of your new hire or open enrollment period, please log into UKG and select “Change to Voluntary Coverage” as the Life Event.
